Notes: If you didn’t know, a tourbillon is commonly called a turbo. Developed around 1795 and patented by the French-Swiss watchmaker Abraham-Louis Breguet in June 26, 1801. A tourbillon aims to counter the effects of gravity by mounting the escapement and balance wheel in a rotating cage to negate the effect of gravity. These watches have always been intriguing to collectors and casual wearers alike. This has the added appeal of an exposed escapement on the dial as well as a glass back. The diameter of this watch is 39.5 mm and it has a thickness of 1.5 mm. A great size for either a man or woman, for dress or casual occasions!
