SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY:

At The Knight Watch & Jewelry Co., it is our goal to ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase. To that end, we offer a “no questions asked” 3-day refund on all purchases subject to the following conditions.  Products that have been worn, altered or damaged will not be accepted for a full refund.

Any pre-owned watch may be returned provided the watch is in the exact same condition as it was sold and includes all the boxes, papers, books and accessories. Please inform us by calling (719) 633-3628 of your intention to return the watch before you ship the merchandise. All return shipments must be post marked before the 3rd calendar day from receipt of your watch and are sent at your sole cost and expense.

Please be sure to insure the contents for their full value as we are not responsible for lost packages. Upon receipt, all items will undergo a thorough inspection by our watchmaker to ensure that the watch is in the original condition in which it was sold and it includes all tags (especially any “non-removable” tags), items/accessories, etc. before we will issue a refund.  Upon completion of inspection, and once the watch has passed the inspection as originally sent/delivered, then a refund will then be processed. Refunds are issued only to the original method of payment.

***In the unlikely event that a return package becomes missing in transit and the buyer has acquired loss insurance covering the value of the watch then, it will be the buyer’s responsibility to apply for a loss claim and recoup their refund money. Again, it is the buyer’s responsibility to insure the watch for its full purchase price. Please call us at (719) 633-3628 for any questions regarding this.

For your security, all shipments will require a signature for delivery. The person who signs for the package must be 18 years or older. Please take this into consideration and make arrangements prior to placing your order.

WARRANTY:

The warranty covers the operation and time-keeping ability of all watches that we sell. The warranty does not cover any of the following: accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, straps, crystals, bracelets, crowns, or cases. In the event something does go wrong with your watch within 4-years for Rolex and 2-years for all other watches from the date of purchase, the watch would need to be sent back or brought into us for evaluation and/or repair. The warranty is void if someone has opened the case or by repairs performed by someone other than The Knight Watch & Jewelry Co.
